Dear Parents/Guardians, Please assist your child with the homework and sign at the bottom of the page. All students are encouraged to complete at least 15 minutes of IXL online. If you need your username and password please ask me.
HAPPY HOLIDAYS! I hope you all have a WONDERFUL vacation and enjoy your time off from school! Use the prompts below to assist you in completing your homework.
1. Get to know someone better. Ask them questions about themselves (interview them)
2. Pick your favorite character from a TV and explain why they are your favorite
3. Create a dance to your favorite song
4. Create a song about what you enjoy doing over the holiday season
5. Write 2-3 sentences about how you are feeling and what you did that day
6. Try something new (with a family member or friend)
7. Watch a show/movie about something you want to learn more about
8. Draw a picture of the characters from one of the books we have read (To Kill a Mockingbird, The True Diary of a Part Time Indian, The Outsiders, or Of Mice and Men)
9. Pick one of the books we have read this year that is your favorite, write a few sentences explaining why this book was your favorite.
10. Perform an act of kindness for someone else
